How to Integrate Your Account With Third Party Issue Trackers

Verifi3D enables our users to integrate with multiple issue trackers. These issue trackers are listed below along with instructions for how to integrate them with your Verifi3D account.

Newforma Konekt 

The following steps are for Newforma Konekt users that wish to link their Verifi3D accounts to BIM Track platforms. By connecting Newforma Konekt with Verifi3D, you are able to retrieve models from your BIM Track account and send issues back to your Newforma Konekt project.

1. Click on the Issues button in the main menu.
2. Under ‘’Select Provider’’ select the Newforma Konekt option.
3. Click on the ‘’Newforma Konekt’’ button.
4. Click on the ‘’login’’ button.
5. In the browser a new tab for Newforma Konekt will appear, sign-in to your account.

PLEASE NOTE* If you have already logged in to Newforma Konekt this step will not be necessary

6. Your Newforma Konekt projects will appear in your Issues window.
7. Select the appropriate project for the issue.
8. Add an issue by clicking the ‘’+’’ icon.
9. Proceed to ‘’make a screenshot’’ and add the information within the BCF format.
10. Once you are finished click on the 3 dots (vertical ellipsis) in the top right-hand corner of the BCF form> sync the issue with Newforma Konekt>.
11. Once you have synced the issue with Newforma Konekt the issue will appear in the chosen project.

BIM 360 Issues

The following steps are for BIM 360 users that wish to link their Verifi3D accounts to BIM 360 platforms. By connecting BIM 360 issues with Verifi3D, you are able to retrieve models from your BIM 360 Account and send issues back to your BIM 360 account.

1. Click on the Issues button in the main menu.  
2. Under ‘’Select Provider’’ select the ‘’BIM 360 issues’’ option.
3. Your BIM 360 issues will appear in your Issues window.
4. Add an issue by clicking the ‘’+’’ icon.
5. Add the details of the issue(s) to the form.
6. Once you are finished click on the 3 dots (vertical ellipsis) in the top right hand corner of the form> sync the issue with BIM 360 issues>.
7. Once you have synced the issue with BIM 360 the issue will appear in the chosen project home under project issues.

BIMcollab

The following steps are for BIMcollab users that wish to link their Verifi3D accounts to BIM Collab platforms. By connecting BIMcollab with Verifi3D, you are able to retrieve models from your BIMcollab Account and send issues back to your BIMcollab account.

1. Open a separate TAB in your browser and login to your BIMcollab account.
2. Once you have logged into your BIMcollab account return to the tab in which you have Verifi3D and click on the Issues button in the main menu.
3. Under ‘’Select Provider’’ select the BIMcollab option.
4. Click on the ‘’configure BIMcollab’’ button.
5. Add the details of your account and click on the ''Log-in'' button.
6. In the browser a new tab for BIMcollab will appear, sign-in to your account.
7. Your BIMcollab projects will appear in your Issues window.
8. Select the appropriate project for the issue.
9. Add an issue by clicking the ‘’+’’ icon.
10. Proceed to ‘’make a screenshot’’ and add the information within the BCF format.
11. Once you are finished click on the 3 dots (vertical ellipsis) in the top rich hand corner of the BCF form> sync the issue with BIMcollab>.
12. Once you have synced the issue with BIMcollab the issue will appear in the chosen project.
